County rescinds its flawed DNS

We are happy to say that we withdrew our appeal today because today the county rescinded its flawed determination of nonsignificance (i.e., its determination that it didn't have to do an in-depth investigation into the environmental consequences of the UGA swap policy that the developers wrote and tried to get the commissioners to approve). The reason the county rescinded the DNS was because of YOU. Everyone's amazing contributions to the 1/21 hearing got the commissioners to decide to hold off doing a UGA swap policy until after the Department of Commerce issues its UGA swap regulations. Yay!

And this comes the same day that the mayor of Tumwater issued the risk assessment report saying the Davis Meeker oak is healthy. Double yay!
